Nice, I like the Dodgeville they offer. Specifically, in black. Too bad I have mutant EE feet. Nothing ever fits in the last.
Bronx Boy here!!! I remember them well and wore out many pairs!!I like them,I've owned a few pair back in the 70's and early 80's.They weren't as popular as some other boots but they were relatively cheap in the army/navy store's.We called the lil abner's In the bronx...true story.

Nice man, those are really striking looking lace ups!
Is the boot relatively pliable or stiff? Is that a walking or riding boot, or both???
Damn, one more thing I might need!
Yeah I chatted with JC and sadly I can't make it. Dad came in town for two days and I'm booked for the weekend. Those are great looking boots Butte. Hadn't looked at this thread because I a more of a sneaker guy . . . . make that a sneaker junky. BTW, there are many great boot makers at Inspiration. You should check it out today.
Nice shirt, pants, and boots... but I REALLY like that carpet!
I still loathe those horrors with those horrible... serrated edge flaps that stick over the toes. Red Wings Loggers have it. That's just... Ugh.
Those are a different boot altogether - and much more affordable.I'm in trouble. Looks like they make a double-E width...

It's really funny how many here are seemingly adverse to these boots! We've a lust for the old school stuff, and I can't grasp the hesitation on this style. Sure, they resemble bowling shoes. But really, wearing a vintage style jacket makes much more sense now that I can put these on. They are not for the faint of heart as they are heavy boots. Partly no doubt due to my boat feet, but I think they weigh in at about the same rate as my engineer boots, which are large and heavy. At first I disliked them, a lot - now I'm just thinking I would never muster the courage to wear 'em. They're much better looking when worn, as it is the case with most of this stuff. But it's really cool you love them so! Best thing about this place.
