Japanese shinkin brown horsehide, Japanese Waldes zippers
black cotton drill lining. Very good condition, no issues.
Fit is slim with tapered body and fitted sleeves, similar to Buco by Real Mccoy sizewize

Label size 42, slim fit, smaller than tag suggest, close to size 40
Detailed measurement:
shoulder seam to shoulder seam 45m/18inch
chest between armpit to armpit 54cm/21.25inch
sleeve length from shoulder seam straight down to cuff 60cm/24inch
back length from neck seam to hem 62cm/25.2inch, front length with a 3cm/1.5inch dip
bottom hem width 48.5cm/19inch

Hi, it's indeed 24 inch straight from shoulder seam to cuff end.
And, Yes, the sleeve is not very long. I'm 5' 9", it fits just fine.
Not for a person too tall.
I'll upload the sleeve measurement picture tomorrow to illustrate
