This hat was refurbished by VS. It was in horrible shape, actually it had no shape. The felt is good and well worn. It should get a cleaning and a new ribbon at some point. Art actually reversed the hat inside out. The is still a pin hole at the pinch but if you are looking for history here it is originally dated 1949.
