Socks for Saddle Shoes?

Okay, I am having trouble finding a nice pair of socks to wear with my saddle shoes or even my flats since girls wore socks with their flats back in the day. I want basically the kind of socks I had as a little girl: socks with a lacey trim. Wouldn't that be too cute with saddle shoes?! Unfortunately, I can only seem to find them in children's sizes. =/ I don't know if any other gals with saddle shoes could share what kinds of socks they opt for when wearing saddle shoes.

I told my mom that I wanted a pair and she has been looking too! I tried Etsy again last night and didn't find ones that were frilly enough for me.

As much as I don't like American Apparel...I might have to get those because they are literally perfect!
