Snipe programs and their use

In competitive fields like vintage clothing, sniping is just part of the game. I don't use sniping programs, I've never had a need for them.

As a seller, I sometimes get upset potential bidder contact me after an auction is over to whine about how their sniping program failed, crashed, or malfunctioned and that their bid never went through. I get 1 message like this for roughly every 8-10 auctions.
