I almost had a heart attack at the thought this might be British. Alas, it's American. Very nice fabric and awesome buttons, but with a little bit of mothing, sadly:

No, it's about my size, but it's been seen (unsurprisingly) and so it's going too high for me. If it was single breasted I'd be all over it. I'm still not certain about DB odd jackets …

If it's your size and you're not all over it it means you probably have a huge wardrobe full of Holy Grail jackets.

I know what you mean, but I think that is an example of a double breasted jacket that would work perfectly with a pair of cream flannels. I think it's something about the cut and the fact that it is a very 'sports jacket' style of fabric. It wouldn't work with stripes, or with a solid colour, but that subtle windowpane gives it an edge, in my opinion.

You know it's going to make someone very happy.
