Thanks for sharing Dave. I find these spiral stitched hats so very interesting. Your Borsolino appears to have some "nap" to the felt. That is interesting to have in a spiral stitched hat.

That is a beauty, Eric. The spiral stitch is subtle in colour and allows the ribbon to shine.

It is not just the spiral stiching, but the ribbon treatment that gathers the eye. The purchaser must have really got captured by a bunch of "neat" features. When I zoom in is that a heathered felt I see? If so - darn that is just precious.

Yes it’s a heather. No model shows on the liner nor sweatband.
