This looks gorgeous on you! As if it was made for you. And a perfect combination with the white gloves.
Is the dotted belt part of the jacket or is it seperate?

Lauren....I love it! I love the "handle" on the back and can already see a gloved hand slipping through! Plus, it had the coin purse inside? Woo hoo! SCORE! (Don't mind me, I have a little "thing" for purses. )

Wahine....the white/blk polka-dotted is part of the bottom of the jacket and also has a cute little bow in the front!

moonmatrix – love seeing your dresses on the line! I especially love the lilac one with the white collar.

Tatum – I wore them for the first time yesterday. Just around the neighborhood to start breaking them in. I found them quite comfortable actually, even though they’re higher than what I’m use to. I felt quite sassy wearing them to buy bread! *lol* What I like about the boots, as opposed to other heeled boots I have, is that my feet don’t push forward in these (aka squished toes). Can’t wait to see your purchases!

23Skidoo – I too am obsessed with plaids, tweeds and checks! Mad about plaid! ;0 I’m not sure; that is a good question. Perhaps it is the same St. Mary’s, as the skirt is wool as well. I wonder if I could find out. I love your coat by the way!

Thanks ladies....I too love the polkadots and really like the contrast of wearing the white gloves with the outfit. I really love wearing gloves and wish they would come back into style....and while we're at it, lets bring back hats too!

I got a Miss Elliette dress:

OMG, a Miss Elliette dress! It took me a moment to recall why that label was so familiar and then I remembered why. Miss Elliette made some fabulous dresses, absolutely breathtaking in my little opinion. I only ever saw one up for grabs, a chiffony number in yellow, but it would never have fit my waist nor my budget. I am totally jealous and just wish I could be in the same room as your new dress. Wear it with great happiness, Miss Golightly!

Thank you so much - that's really lovely! When I saw it I just fell in love with it - it's very pretty and I know I'll get tons of wear out of it! I think me and my husband are going to New York next year so I might keep it for a stroll down Fifth Avenue!!!!!!!!
