I recently got this Kuppenheimer Valgora Coat from the latter half of the 1930's, I believe.

It's a blend of baby mohair, alpaca and wool.

Same estimate here, can't narrow it down either. The Union tag is the 1949-1962 in the regular version without the (R) symbol. Could still be later than 1962, of course.

Nice one, Fastuni. Love the "coarse" texture of the herringbone weave and the scallopes.

My coat happens to be an early 40s WWII overcoat- and it is HEAVY.

I really like the Grizzly Jacket..But the Coats are very nice..
