Shop like it's 1929

The Goodwill and Salvation Army shops around here are always busy. I like to check them regularly myself.

If my mother didn't shop at the local charity shop, I wouldn't get any presents. My mother has very, very good taste and it helps that they have lots of vintage things. I'd rather have my gift be from the charity (I like it, it cuts down on waste, and it helps out the local community) than some useless department store crud that I don't use.
