Dovo razor (Two passes on the face. One on my neck.)

Nice smooth shave, only one nic (due to me forgetting to stretch my skin during the first XTG pass), less irritation and razorborn than from my Gillette Swedes - I guess YMMV just kicked in

Nice smooth and comfortable shave - the best yet, no nics no razorburn and only the slightest bit of irritation
I tried lathering up in a enamel bowl wihich I kept afloat in a hot water-filled sink while shaving. Result; nice an hot lather during alle four passes (oh yeah!), I will definitly make that a habit, though I need a slightly smaller enamel bowl.

Merkur Classic open comb - I have hard time getting the angle right with this razor

Douglas Rein Dachs/Pure Badger
AOS unscented soap
Four passes: Two WTG and two XTG - got cocky (and didn't feel the shave was close enough) and went for one ATG pass in the end
Untill the ATG pass the shave was comfortable, the ATG pass left me with several nics at the chin and neck, but luckily not as many as I used to get going ATG - I am at least getting somewhere with my technique - and suprisingly not a lot of razorburn, strange to experience nics but almost no razorburn. That is why my alum block and aluminium chloride is in todays picture
