Another beauty that just was not meant for me. I pull it out of the cabinet every two weeks, put it on and to my frustration, no matter how often I put it on, it remains too small. Which annoys me a great deal because I wanted a brown Horween CXL HH jacket made by JL for years and years and when I finally find one, rare and cool design as it is as well, it does not fit. Lol.

I bought this directly from Alan, it was an exhibition piece in their shop, you may have seen it on their IG too. It came new and only tried on by a few people. I wore this out a few times and as typical for Horween CXL, it developed a few creases in the sleeves from this almost instantly and it has a few light scuffs from storage. Other than that, it is not broken in at all and shows no signs of wear. The horsehide has a few natural marks as expected from this leather.

I am 5'10, athletic 170 lbs and this is too small for me. It is fairly slim at the waist and in the sleeves. Don't go by pit to pit alone here, I can zip it up into with my 40" chest, but it just feels restrictive all around. Generally speaking, don't go for it if you work out your trizeps a lot, it really is slim in the sleeves, just like a few Japanese size 40 jackets I tried on. Consider this a typically slim Japanese Size 40, not a Western Size 40, maybe that is my best advice.

Measurements:
Shoulders: 48cm
Pit to pit: 55cm
Bottom Hem: 49cm at widest with the option to cinch it tighter by a few inches with the waist bands.
Back length: 61cm
Sleeves straight down: 62-63cm depending on how you hold the tape.
Diameter of sleeves at biceps: 17cm

Asking 500€ plus actual shipping. About 8€ in Germany, 20€ in Europe, 50€ rest of the world.
PayPal family&friends or bank transfer.

Pictures in the next post.

If this were a single rider design with an 8 inch bicep, I would have been all over it. Darn. Beautiful jacket.

Fit picture was requested. Pic of me wearing the jacket at ~77 kg/170 lbs in 2022:

It was tight but wearable at the tlme.. weight has crept up some recently, closer to 180 lbs now and it is way too tight now. Think it would best fit someone in the 160-165 lbs range.. or max 170 lbs if you like the look as shown..
