Seeking Recommendations for a Hatter to install a sweatband on a Cuenca Panama

I have a nice 1950s Brooks Brothers Panama Cuenca that I purchased on TFL classified 2 or 3 years back.
The hat body is in good shape, unfortunately the the stitching holding the reed to the sweet has failed. I would like to add a traditional thin Havans brown ribbon. I have not been following the hat forum for years. In the past, I sent all my hats to Art. I am located in Central CA.
I would prefer working with a TFL member

Tom does good work. I’ve wanted a Panama hat from him for some time, but he doesn’t make them in my larger size.
