Resistol suede finish fedora - 7 1/8

An unworn hat in mint condition that I've owned for some time and never worn. It dates from the era of zip codes... 1963+.

Suede finish with a felted chain ribbon. Mocha color. 2" brim, crown stands 4 3/4" with center dent. A full 7 1/8.

Forgive my newness, but am I correct in thinking that the crown can be shaped to a pinch point? Sort of a triangular shape if viewed from the top?

Sorry to miss your question. Yes, certainly the crown can be creased and pinched to your liking. I would say that steam would be helpful in getting side pinches to hold on this felt. The center dent or diamond shaped crease on the crown can be done dry. Hope that helps!
