target has a nice salt n pepper chambray shirt

http://www.target.com/p/converse-one-star-men-s-long-sleeve-shirt-assorted-colors/-/A-14097904
it fits seems to fit better than the other ones available

i wanted to put some black cats eye buttons on it to make it look more like a 30's or 40's workshirt, any idea where to buy Black Cats eye buttons

I bought this shirt last week. It's pretty darn good for the price. Warning though: for some reason the gray fits a full size larger than the blue!

Looks like RRL has a version of a Brown's Beach Jacket this season......

1000

Saw a version of this at the Ralph Lauren outlet today. Handwarmer pockets instead of the patch pockets. Had a hood. They nailed the feel of the fleece-y interior of the real browns beach cloth. Snaps had Ralph Lauren in the correct font. Nice attention to detail. Even on clearance, though, it was over $400.

Did anyone every get the work shirts posted here recently from Old Navy? Wondering if they are worth the bother for a casual shirt for office work.

I did. Got this one, which, if you use your imagination a bit, has a Stiffel-like pattern to it:

They are "slim fit", so even an XL was a bit tight for me in the chest and sleeves. Quality/fit are decent---made in China, so we can't expect much. I got it for 25% off as well.
