Doubt you will get much of a response from Dick Ireland as he hasn't been here in a little over 8 years.
Haha, I figured. I’m was looking for the typically range for the back rise for a typical high rise trousers from the late 20, early 30s era because I am in the process of looking to get replica trousers.

Surely some of our vintage trousers wearing members can help you out.
Have a look here: https://vintagedancer.com/1920s/mens-pants-history/ Another good source is to look through the paper pattern directory. My wife makes most of my clothes including my trousers, she uses original paper patterns that she has come across at various festivals that we go to.

There again, if you can't be bothered with the hassle of rummaging around vintage festival stores, the paper pattern companies reproduce their yesteryear patterns with a retro update.
