quality of Orchard M/C leather jackets?

It is probably a goatskin leather but I am not sure. The Flight Jacket by SCHOTT was generally made in steerhide, even if many claim that it is some leather of horse. Generally, the steerhide is hard and stiff while the goat leather is very supple but by aging the goat leather becomes more stiffer with caracter.

That Schott jacket is great, its just so HARD to wear. Yikes! Ill be getting another one someday, but it will have to be a long this time.
