, where does your wife find those amazing fabrics? (Rhetorical question, no need to answer!) But that Gatsby fabric is fantastic. The bow tie more so.

All I can say is, it's a gift, she does much the same with greeting cards. You might, in a moment, let your guard down and admit you like: Steam trains/classic cars/Shakespeare/and, and, and. She won't forget, she has a memory like a steel trap, next birthday card you get, will have a comical reference to your predilection.

Reminds me of once (a long time ago) going on a date with a young lady who had ZERO knowledge of either history or geography. So much so that at first I thought she was kidding. Of course, in her eyes, the evening must have mainly highlighted the superficiality of my knowledge of then current pop culture, movie stars, etc. The date was a disaster.
