First, WOW! What a gorgeous hat! Relatively simple, but effective! But then, I've become a fan of the Stingy Brim to the point that I rarely wear anything else these days. Second, to my eye it looks as though the hatter made it specifically for you, and only you. Man oh man! I'd consider myself fortunate if I were to find such a hat for myself. Wear it in good health, my friend!
Oh man.. thats quite a compliment, Al. Very much appreciated. Hope you are doing well.

Twice in one week now Ive had trouble figuring out which thread to post something in. Since technically its a new hat to me Ill leave this here lol

Was over at the shop doing the final hat arrangements for this weekends event sales, and one of the locals came in the store with a bunch of 3d printed segmented animals. This little frog with the hat and bandana just screamed out " take me home" lol

Tirard Macreuse - Impermeable
Dark Blue Grey Unlined Felt
4 1/2 Crown as shaped (about 5 1/2 Open)
2 inch brim with rolled overwelt
1 3/8 matching grosgrain ribbon

Been under the weather for about the last week… but feeling back up to fooling around with some hats . And here is the perfect hat to kick things back off. The third hat from Stefan’s @steur magical mystery care box and the continuation of StingyMas in Springtime. A beautiful dark grey to blue unlined felt from Tirard maybe in the marine end of the spectrum. It is a very soft thin easily shaped felt. It features a 1 3/8 matching grosgrain mid-ribbon and a two inch brim with a rolled overwelt edge. A super nice easy wearing hat for sure… that works just as well brim up or brim down.

Great to see the continuation on StingyMas. Glad you're feeling better. This is a really nice one.

I’d have to review the others to say definitively, but that may be the favourite of the bunch so far for me.
