Great color, and i really like the hatband size, but i do not know anything from the hat. Who can help me? There's a little damage on the inside sweatband.

Nice find, Marcel. Judging by the liner and label a more modern one. I suspect the U2 was put on there by the manufacturer os the sweatbands, maybe a quality designation?Wegener in dark brown.

Haven't posted these yet. On their way to their new masters. First.
Berteil in brown. Size 60 with the overwelt brim at 6,7cm and the crown at 10cm at the center dent. This one was most likely made by Laubin for Berteil as the size label is the same they used.

Barbisio Verelyte in Valencia colour. Size 61 witht the overwelt brim at 6,5cm and the crown at 11cm at the center dent. Weighs 110 grams and shapes like a dream without any steam. Lovely hand to the felt as well.

And U2.....maybe you are right, i don't know.Third one on ats way already to its new master. The story: our fellow lounger Randy McCamey @Rmccamey picked up a Stetsonian bowler hat that didn't fit him. He suggested a trade and challenged me to find a bowler that was fitting for his collection. I pride myself a bit for putting him on the track more or less with sending him a Kaller bowler to get a taste for them (we can say it workedand then some - I did not foresee it taking this form). Anyway; challenge accepted and some time passes without anything of note showing up (at a decent price at least). Then this one came along.
Mayser bowler in black. Size 57 with the quit narrow brim at 4,7cm and the crown 13cm or thereabouts. This an oldie and the liner alone is worth the price of admission. At least I think so.

Borsalino Linea Sport fedora in black with a suede finish. Size 57 with the raw edge brim at 6,5cm and the crown at 11,5cm at the center dent. Might not be vintage Borsalino, but it's a quality hat all the same. Very nice hand to the felt.

Can’t afford a classic Panama, but I found this guy made of torquilla in Ecuador. In the web pics it was white, but I’m still happy with the look. Something I can wear around town; all my other straws are beach hats. Still looking for a nice one with a leather sweat that doesn’t break the bank.

Very happy with this one! 1940s Royal Stetson in blue. 2-3/4" brim, 5-1/2" open crown. 1-1/8" ribbon width. Wider binding like a Whippet. A large size 7-1/2 ... I'll have to pad it a little.
