Arrived today, just about 30 minutes ago, and the timing couldn't be better. We've entered the "hazy, hot and humid" days of summer, and this will be a welcome addition to my outdoor walks. I call this photo my "COVID face and Sunbody hat."

Oh, that makes me sick to my stomach. Doggone post office. I know I worked there over the holidays in 2018 and they would throw boxes 15 yards into crates, and if something heavier was on top... oh, well. I got yelled at for walking a box over to a crate once when I could tell the stuff inside was fragile. "Doug, we don't have time to do that."

Does ebay hold the seller responsible or the post office here?

Ebay makes the seller deal with the post office. I’ll get a refund soon enough, but that won’t get me the hat. No use getting upset, but I am disappointed.

Less than two hours after opening the case I received a full refund including shipping and tax. Can’t get fairer than that. No complaint about the seller, just USPS.
