My Adam arrived today. It's a bit dusty and there are a few moth nibbles, I'm happy for the price paid.

I won't be able to clean it and work on shaping until tomorrow. Any guesses on age? I'm thinking 60s or 70s.

Last one from fridays harvest. Hückel in grey. No label in this one but there are two names stamped on the inside of the sweatband: Durit and Elefant. Durit refers to the quality I think and elefant to the colour. Size 56 with a bound brim at 6cm and crown 10cm at the pinch. This one is actually very close in feel to the one I swapped with Moehawk. Never thought I'd find another and much closer to my size (well it is my size, but Hückel tends to be roomy). This is missing its hanging cord, but I can live with that.

I REALLY like that hat but I'm in lust with that ribbon bow! I've got to get back to my bench and see if I can come close to making one of those!! THANKS for sharing your great find!!!

It does look Elephant colored. Super liner graphics. Probably not as a wrinkly as elephant skin.

It is actually black but does have a bluish hue in sunlight. It is a 50/50 blend and fits perfectly which is amazing since it was all done online. Mike is amazing and I had the hat in a little over a week.
