Also a mighty fine one. I dig the crease on it a lot

Very nice Resistol. Looks to be in great conditionHere's my find from my trip to the Episode store in Copenhagen. I didn't even come close to Stefan's 9 in Amsterdam, but I'm still pleased with it [emoji5]. A Resistol, made under license in Germany, grey fedora. I cleaned it up and gave it a steaming. Turned out okay.
I particularly like the bow on the sweatband and the wide ribbon. It's nearly 5cm. It also has a Don Draper/Mad Men look to it, which I like.
No idea of age. 60's perhaps?

To muddy the waters even more, or British friends call a "fedora," even those with a three inch brim, a trilby. Zombie is right, there is a difference and you'll know it when you see it.
That sounds about right. I've also had various flat caps called fedoras more than once. If it's not a baseball hat or a cowboy hat it must be a fedora. How's this for a subjective observation?
Out West anything with a brim under 3" is a stingy, and on the East coast a brim over 2" is a cowboy hat.
That's just sad. And it proves most people couldn't care less about hats. That sounds about right. I've also had various flat caps called fedoras more than once. If it's not a baseball hat or a cowboy hat it must be a fedora.
Nice.So I made a hat for Jarrod Dickenson, this is a rabbit Fur Felt in Alabaster which was blocked on a 6 inch open crown block with a 3 inch brim. I used a 15mm cotton and rayon ribbon from the 1930's which just stood out on this hat. dropped it off last night at one of his gigs and lets just say he is a very happy Texan.

John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style.
The color, along with the beautiful finish, really make this one stand out. What a great box, I like the hunting caricatures.J.Hückel´s Söhne "Paltin", 55cm probably mid 1930s. The Velour on this one is really amazing. This hat came with original box.

Simply wonderful Ant! It is interesting with the order of the words, Royal Stetson Deluxe vs. Stetson Royal Deluxe. I'll have to look at my late 50s, but I think Stetson is not the middle word. Cool...
