Thx for the info. I'll try to remember. The Lee name for the felted edge would be a good one for the Q and A. I'll ask there.

Mike at NW Hats put together a wonderful Panama from the bodies he gets from weavers in Ecuador. Super light weight, a cool edge weave and a ventilated sweat. Picked a rust colored pug for a while, goes well with the natural color. Very happy with the outcome.

White Label "Handlee." New in original box. 2.5 inch brim. 6 inch open crown. Originally thought it was a overwelt brim but was pleasantly surprised to find this brim treatment. Forgot what it's called. Cavanaugh or something? Unworn and never creased. Yet...

I may need some help from you pros. Please redirect this ( admin ) to where you think it should go. I just picked this Barbisio up as my 'one free' in a ' buy two..get one free' moving sale. Its too small for me (55) I wear a 61, but would like to trade for a fedora of comparable quality. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also...having trouble uploading more pics...aaargh !

I'm not sure of the grade. The quality is certainly nice. The weave is tight, with a great back weave on the brim. I'll have to ask Mike. He has a number of these bodies direct from Ecuador.

Perhaps, but the re-order tag doesn't look Resistol-ish.

The price tag is from Monkey Wards. $8.50, either a cheap hat or kind of oldish.
