The dimensions and hatband look great!

I went to check the dimensions on akubra page. 4" brim but no measure of the crown but it looks nice.Glad you like this one. The brim is 10cm, but it feels bigger because it's turned town. The tall crown is great!
Nice hat, great example of Rand's work.View attachment 42341 View attachment 42342 View attachment 42343 View attachment 42344 My first custom hat (but not last) from Rand's Custom Hats in Billings, MT. It is a 20X beaver, western fedora in smoke, with a 3 1/4 inch brim and 5 3/4 inch crown. Wow, what a difference getting my head measured with a conformature makes, it fits perfectly. I never realized how good a hat could fit until I put this baby on my noggin. (Of course, being an extra extra long oval might have something to do about it)
I'll definitely be ordering more from Rich Rand. If you are ever in Billings Mt, I recommend you stop by Rich Rand's place, he is one heck of a hat maker and an all around nice guy.

Nice catch! I was watching that auction. You snagged this one for a great price!
