Christmas came a little early to our place this year. My wife bought me this great new fedora, it is a Bailey Curtis, very comfortable and durable. I love it! Best gift ever for sure!

Received these two Borso twins today... Marque Grand Luxe 5X, 2.5" brim, both size 7. One fits perfectly, the other just a wee bit tight. Will see how it feels after a (much needed) haircut. The hats are marked Firenze on the sweat, but came in Marshall Field's boxes with a sale receipt from 1956. They've been living in Arizona for some time - the shellac(?) on the reeding is somewhat brittle on the gray hat and was half flaked off on the brown one. Seemed messy to me, so I removed the rest carefully with my fingernail. Soft and thick felt with a lovely velour finish.

Well, I don't know if you're making them look good or they're making you look good, but the Borsalino on you is terrific. I personally like the medium to wide brim width as opposed to the stingy, and that particular hat supports my case.

Got my second hat. It's an Akubra Federation IV (not the deluxe) in Moonstone. It's a little loose and I hope that it will shrink with a little wear and heat.

Also pictured is my Fed IV Deluxe, Indy with LC Bash. First is the hat out of the box followed by a wet bash using a spray bottle and distilled water. It dried overnight. I used JtL's Teardrop Workshop to bash this new hat. Thnaks for making that JtL!
