DJ, you wear the Campdraft well. I saw the thread where you were looking for photos with the brim up - did you try it and not like it?

Mr. E - looking good there!

Where is the "brim up" photo? :)

Posted one in the Campdraft-thread. Here's another for your pleasure:

It has a 'Hollywood'-vibe to it, and I kinda like it!! :)

An interesting hat, indeed. That fascist "we will not relent" pin has punctured through the ribbon and felt to the point that, if removed there would be a large hole visible. The Felt is pliable but has a roughness associated more with wool than fur felt.

Expensive for a hat that I will rarely, if ever wear but has a special place in the collection just the same.

It is a great collectors piece and should be noted as such. :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap

Every time I sign onto this website I get to see so many unique and spectacular hats by Garrett and so many others. Thank you everyone for taking the time and energy to post pictures. It really helps to broaden my perspective regarding hats.

Here is the last hat I've bought. It's a french hatter who did it for me, Fernand Sebbah, alias DBM.

I will post photos of me wearing it in the next few days.

New user here. I've got 2 hats. They're plain off the rack Stetsons bought at my local men's store (John Cicco's in Merrilville IN if you happen to live in the area). Pardon the lousy bathroom lighting.

What model is the darker one, and what are the dimensions? Nice lid, looks good on ya.
I'm not the hat-gurus you guys are, but I'll see what info I can dig outta the guts of the thing.

Stetson Sovereign. 7 5/8 (61) Mink felt

It is an almost white, a Mexican hat from Zumpango, México. 100% hare hair.
;) [huh] [huh] [huh]

That is a good looking hat, sir. I have not heard of that brand. Do you have any more info on it?
