Scratched the silver belly itch today thanks to Bill Hughes. This Black Sheep Hat Works custom is a real sweetheart. Super soft and smooth felt, nice construction and a cool brass highlight on the bow. I think this one will get some serious head time. Thanks my friend!

Let me hog this thread for a wee while. A few additions I haven't posted yet.
Wegener Cornett homburg in niederrad colour (google translate couldn't figure it out). Size 55 (but Wegener tends to run a bit large) with the bound brim at 6cm and the crown at 11,5cm at the center dent. Unusual colour for a homburg, which is why I bought it. Cornett started off as a model name for Wegener but later on got its own brand (still made by Wegener).
Couldn't find anything on Heinrich Stakelbeck.

Hückel Chamois in grey. Size 58 with the bound brim at 6,5cm and the crown 10,5cm at the center dent. We've seen several of these hats before in slightly different variations of ribbon treatment and brim bindings. The basic hat is the same and quite rightly so: the felt is fabulous.

Brummel's homburg in black. Size 60 (sold to me as a size 62, but they were wrong) with the brim at 6,5cm and the crown 11cm at the center dent, this is a substantial hat. I think the seller mistook the 7 3/8 label as being a French size, which would make it closer to a size 62. It is in fact English sizing. Brummel's was a Belgian brand. I believe there is some connection between the brand and Borsalino, because the finishing of the hats is very similar indeed. The size labels are exactly the same for instance. The felt is fantastic.

Borsalino Export Qualität homburg in mirtillo. Size 55 with the brim at 5,5cm and the crown 10cm at the pinch. Still looking for a Borsalino Mirtillo homburg for myself, but this one isn't it (dammit). It's just too small for me (close, but not close enough). Mid-sixties to mid seventies, made for the German market. My guess would be that this one still sixties.

Excellent! It has made the journey across quickly. Very glad you like it, Brent. Mayser got it right with this one. I have one that is almost exactly the same. Doesn't mean I'll stop looking though.

Stefan, All of these new ones are a joy to behold. Mirtillo continues to be my favorite Borsalino color. That gray Hückel is also a standout. I'm now back on the hunt for hats for you here in the USA. We will see what makes the cut.

New to me, this interesting all, or mostly wool, 1930s Harald, German Homburg. The third of the three hats I gifted to my self thanks to our favourite Dutch hat enabler [emoji4].

First all wool Homburg I've encountered with a back bow. It rang all the bells for me history, shape, form, make-up wise. Just had to have it. The wind-cord was the icing. Thanks to Stefan for allowing it to be sent my way.
