Outstanding !!

Oh wow.. how cool!

Outstanding !!

Wow, I can only imagine the history behind it. If that hat could talk[emoji275]

Thank you for sharing!

That is a fine looking piece of history, Bob, and one I believe will suit your head well. Congrats on that find!

That is amazing Bob! A beautiful 100 year old.

Thanks everyone! BTW, Dale, at 7-1/8 it doesn't suit my head very well at all. :(

Just got my first Borsalino in the mail from France last night. They sent it flattened out in an envelope, can you believe it ? After a lot of work last night and drying over night it looks pretty good today after brushing again and bashing.

Felt is amazing though, and sweat is pretty decent.

In an envelope? Ouch! You did a great job bringing it back to shape. Enjoy it!

What were they thinking?

I specifically asked this seller to ship in a box big enough so that the brim would not be bent as the curl would be hard to redo. Then they charged a $10 handling fee.

The hat police need to pay that seller a visit, Bob.
I just don't understand some people. Whatever you're selling, pack it so it arrives in a condition you'd expect anything you'd ordered to arrive in. What's not to understand?
I agree Bob: what were they thinking? Not much it would appear!

Nice work bringing it back to life!

I only have one Borsalino in my collection, and definitely it's some of the finest felt I've ever touched.

If only some of these sellers could be charged a reshaping fee!
