It looks like an Aero cafe racer, with Highwayman collar (aka ‘Sheene’), plus gussetted shoulders.
It’s a very nice & somewhat functional design.
I have one.

It's not a zip sleeve highwayman. The back is nothing like the highwayman, and is clearly a cafe racer.Looks too boxy to my eye to be a Sheene. If it's more than a few years old, it also predates that model. My best guess - if I'm right that it's a boxier fit - is a zip-sleeve Highwayman, custom-ordered with the sleeve gussets.
If you look inside the pockets (assuming you have the jacket in hand) there might still be a production tag that will give you a date - that will help. Holly@Aero (Cloudy Lemonade in these parts) will be able to give you a steer.

Rather than a Highwayman, still looks like a Cafe Racer (Sheene) design that might have had a couple of centimeters added to each side panel.
I'm guessing it's quite large?
Seems like a large Sheene to me, note also that it lacks the side adjustment straps as well as the 2" or so bottom panel all the way around detail.
