Please help date this Stetson and any comments are greatly appreciated. This is my first vintage and I am stoked. 3x beaver its clean I paid $60. I

These are not really the best pics for dating, as the stamped logo inside can also be an Indicator. But based on the plastic tip liner, 60's is a safe bet. Probably latter half based on the color on the liner.

Jlee562 Thank you, its 3x beaver and I got it for $60 so I didn't think I could go wrong...? Hopefully I can reshape the crown? Its my first vintage so I am pretty excited and I can't wait to compare the quality to current runs. I also have a AKUBRA Campdraft on the way. They're both in silver belly which I kind of regret now but guess when you come across a deal like that you got to jump on it. I have some nice hats got a pure Beaver Stratton cowboy and an Open Road Royal Deluxe I used to have two of them but somebody stole my silver belly will Deluxe in Nashville long story but don't ever let a drunk 20-year-old girl walk off with your hat LOL

Oh, this hat should be much nicer than the Akubra and much easier to reshape. Night and day. $60 is a steal. I much prefer the older Silverbelly dyes to the modern Akubra anyway, which is more of a yellowish sand tone.

Pop the crown back open and steam it when you get it. Don't let the steam near the leather!
