My favourite "plain" cross-zip is the Buco JH-01:

The Langlitz cascade is pretty plain too:

Like has been said before, an Aero Bootlegger, with or without D pocket are pretty easy to wear:

The Vanson CHP2 and Chopper are also pretty plain IMO:

As are the variations of the PJ-27

Vestcoast sent me pics of a Bootlegger without the pockets and I've gotta say, of everything I've seen so far that one is running away with it. The cascades look pretty good too, as well as the chopper. I'm afraid to even look at pictures of buco stuff based on what I've heard about their going rates...
