WHENEVER I SEE SOMETHING WRITTEN ALL IN CAPS I GET A MENTAL IMAGE OF SOME POOR PARAPLEGIC TAPPING AWAY AT HIS COMPUTER WITH A MOUTH STICK AND IS UNAWARE THAT HIS CAPS ARE LOCKED. I'M SURE THAT ISN'T THE CASE HERE.
