I believe it was made by Tonak so post WWII. For some reason I don't have this hat on my site or my search missed it. Alex can verify if Tonak or JHS. The paper label should have the quality type.

I bought this Dunn Co Silver Velour from Alex @ofcoursemyhorse yesterday. He had it on ebay, and I couldn't stand watching it there all alone and not buying it. It's way too small for me, but very pettable and beautiful.
