They made the leather patrol jackets for WA Police. Regular Police and Motorcycle units.
15 years ago or so they made me an exact copy of my now 30 year old Eastman Luftwaffe jacket.
BUT they made it in lighter ( Goat) leather with just a cotton lining , no insulation. ( HOT Perth summer weather !)
By 15 years ago I was riding Harleys as everyday/ 7 days a week transport
That was at my request. The Aussie dollar then was low against the UK pound or US dollar , also pre-ebay.
So it was well cheaper to have a jacket made to my request than buying abroad from Eastman or Schott
Truth be told it is my only "custom" tweaked jacket in the collection.
Of late I have become a diehard Schott fan tho'....a 44" guy , perfect fit !
