Opinions on what would best "suit" me?

It's made-to-measure, not bespoke.

Bespoke means you've had several face to face fittings in order the get the suit to fit your body just right. A new and unique pattern is drawn up and used.

MTM is when they receive your measurements (without fittings or even a face to face meeting) and make a suit from there. A standard pattern is used and altered to fit your measurements in the process.

MTM may (or may not) fit you well but bespoke is made specifically for your body and all its intricacies. Bespoke is a step up from MTM just as MTM (when done right) is a step up from off-the-rack.

Well, being a good-size guy myself (6'1, 220 lbs (275 at my heaviest)) Everyone's info here has been very interesting. Cannot wait to see how the suit turns out!
