Opinions on a Vanson fit ?

hi friends, first post and thank you for opportunity : )

recently picked this Vanson (Bandit?) up 'cause it was priced quite low. i usually wear a 40 or 42 and was surprised that this 38 wasn't particularly uncomfortable, at all. enclosed pics are really random i.e. didn't know i'd end up posting ... just walking in park w/ fam. w/ T, flannel and scarf, no less, jacket is merely snug, zipped. i don't ride much anymore, I'm just wondering if this jacket looks too small for a casual around town kinda' thing.

thank you, fellas ..
pics are not very revealing tho' are they? fact is i removed leather laces around waist 'cause wide open is best option if i want to close jacket ; ) stakes aren't high here .. just trying to have fun and look decent.

the "bandit" (ugh, vanson couldn't come up w/ a better name?) is a modified CHP i think? they removed belt loops and gave it the shorter 25" length of a Highwayman.

It is in their old 2000s catalog which you can view online. It is indeed the CHP without a belt and silver hardware.

Perfect fit! I've found the CHP runs a tad large...the model E and model C seem to run a bit smaller.
