Which brings me to a thought I have been having . . . Has anyone here at the lounge ever considered a "swap shop" thread . . . where folks could post items they have which don't fit, or are duplicates of other hats they have, which they would be willing to "swap" for something another member has.

What made me think of this is this . . . I recently picked up a gorgeous Knox. I mean gorgeous . . . and get this . . . a Cav edge on the brim. Problem, it is a 7 1/8 . . . I wear 7 3/8ths. Now, I could e-Bay it . . . I might make a pretty penny. But I want to make sure a fedora this special finds its way to someone who would really appreciate it. That would be one of my fellow loungers. So I was thinking, rather than sell it, might someone want to trade who has a nice vintage fedora that would fit my head?

Good idea Slim, you might try the Classifieds here on the Lounge. Instead of for sale you could just post 'For Swap' .
