Agreed. This thread got me to thinking about my place within my actual family. I'm sort of the cousin who shows up once a year makes brief small talk then leaves early without saying goodbye.

No insult intended. I'll clean it up. Maybe a story about two Great Aunts who lived together since they were in their early 20's, never married, never had boyfriends. How about a cousin who came out of the closet to the surprise of his wife and three daughters.
Why Grandpa thinks he killed his Dad with his own gun. All of this stuff is from real situations, only the names have been changed to protect the family. OK maybe a little embellishment.
