But I do pilates, too, and they're amazing. You don't lose weight like cardio, but you get nice and toned. I do yoga as well.

I have a Yoga dvd but i find it hard even though its for beginners.
I'm looking at Pilates, can you recommend any dvds or anything? [huh]
