Vintage hat body early 1950's. 3 inch whipstitch brim treatment done a bit deeper and wider then Mikes usual whipstich. 6 inch open crown creased and pinched by Mike to centerdent with fairly narrow pinches. 12 linge dark burgundy ribbon with matching burgundy whipstich thread. The leather band is a bit darker than I had in mind, though it does look great. Any thoughts?
I think it looks good, too. Are you going to have it shipped open crown or let Mike replicate the bash of your older hat?

Are you still going with both the leather hat band and a ribbon so you can switch out whenever the need/whim arises?
