Had high hopes for this one but a long streak of bad luck with jackets doesn't seem to end.
Brand new, never worn replica of a Terminator 2: Judgement Day D-pocket Leather Jacket, made by Japanese maker "Max Cady".
$160 + shipping, PP Friends/Family
https://www.maxcady.com/e/t2e.htm
This is a 100% screen accurate replica. I'd say they've directly copied Bates. I know the jacket by heart and this one exactly the same as the one worn by Arnie.
Features a large D-pocket & two shell pockets. Two lining pockets, one zippered. Side laces for waist regulation. Zippered sleeves. Removable belt. Light polyester lining.
Very dark brown, substantial and very soft naked cowhide. Leather is really soft and pliable which gives it an illusion that it's lighter than it really is. The jacket weighs round 5-6 lbs. Solid jacket, don't see why you couldn't wear it on a bike.
Leather seems to grain up very quickly so it ought to look really great with some wear.
You can see it in action on Youtube:
It's very well made, fits nice, lotsa cool features. I'd say it's on the level as any regular 90's Schott.
Brand new with tags still attached!
The jacket is labeled XL but according to the Max Cady Japanese website, the Japanese XL corresponds to an US size 42 or Large, so for all intents and purposes, this jacket is a size 42. I have double checked all the measurements and they're EXACTLY the same as on the makers size chart, under the size XL/42.
Note that the sleeves measure like 25.5" to 26". They're longer than what the chart says.
Asking only what I paid for it, which is $160 + shipping. For that kind of money, more than worth it.
That's that. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for your interest.
