Hi

Somehow I don't see those colors being popular in the shooting jacket... I have a feeling that the grouse would run in terror, definitely not traditional.

Isn't 19/20 ounce really heavy? I imagine these tweeds are meant for ladies' coats - for that purpose they seem nice.

I must confess I'm a little surprised by some lounger's reactions. But hey-ho, one man's meat is another man's poison. Would agree though, they are certainly not traditional tweeds by any means.....but cutting edge. Traditional tweed meets innovation to cut a dash in the 21st century. I like all four tweeds but particularly the two on the right with perhaps this one being my favourite-

Actually i love the one on the bottom left, although they are all lovely.

I have been mourning the loss of a HT vintage overcoat that was stolen years ago, i could see myself in a coat in the No.4, lovely!

Yes it is a lovely tweed. Just not sure i could pull this one off as a man's sports jacket but as you say it would look lovely as a coat.

Hmmm, it is the kind of thing i could have seen Sebastian Horsley wearing! Although, if the rest of the outfit was kept understated then i don't see why not. It would make a lovely ladies suit though, such lovely autumnal colours for marching through the heather in!

Dreadful looking cloth. Cannot expect to see many of those on the moors!
