Need reasonable tailor in LA that can alter leather / cloth shooting jacket

Hey guys and gals...

I'm in Los Angeles area and I need a reasonably priced tailor that can replace leather pads on a cloth vintage shooting jacket plus either move the buttons or somehow add an inch to the width in the chest. The leather people I know only do upholstery and the cloth tailors around me won't touch it.

Those 10x shooting jackets are pretty common with not much of a market for them. It would probably be much cheaper to get one in a larger size than to have the alterations done
