Need help with Aero BR custom sizing!

Definitely the 42 looks better. One thing I look for, certainly, in this model is the splay of the open bit between the two breast panels under the bottom of the zip. If there's a very obvious, open V when standing up, it's too tight. IMO, that should only open up to stop the jacket riding up when you sit / lean forward (as per its original design purpose: crouched over a motorcycle tank).

Threadstarter should definitely size up, he looks squeezed into the jacket and the back looks strange which I suspect is because of too much tension on the zipper in the chest area.

This is the size 40 in mid weight vicenza.

That jacket looks painted on! It is pulling in all the wrong places and is definitely one size too small.
I agree that 42 is a good call, vincenza or not.

Are you gonna keep the storm flap? I tried on a board racer while at aero and it made zipping up more difficult for me.

If there was one thing I change on my BR, I'd remove the wind flap.
