House Boat (1958), a romantic comedy with Cary Grant and Sophia Loren
I second The Court Jester
and definitely Some Like it Hot!

Sorry - this is totally off topic, but I can't keep it for myself: yesterday I got a wonderful huge book on Some Like it hot which has the complete original script, behind the scenes color photographs, interviews with most of the contributors, movie posters from all over the world, the DVD, and much more. And it all comes in yellow velvet! As a fan of MM in general and this movie in particular, I just had to have it.

I had forgotten Desk Set. I love Spencer naming off Santa's reindeer.

And I hadn't thought about Son of Paleface being a movie from the '50s. I really like that one too.

And We're no Angels... daggone, you guys have great taste in flickers!
