Mystery Pac Northwest (?) boot ID?

I’m hoping someone recognizes the maker of these boots from their shape or the stitching patterns. The concave heel makes me think of a Pacific Northwest maker. I have looked all over them for a stamp or tag, but no luck. They seem well built enough that I am thinking about buying them, but knowing the maker would help.

The double stitching at the sole and the backstay stitching seem to be good quality. Here is the bottom of the backstay.

Thanks for any advice or ID help people might have.

They're clearly a pair of linesmans boots, and they look the most like a pair of WESCO highliners but being a linesman they may look like a PNW boot without being one.

However the stitchdown construction does make me think PNW, Canadian is also a possibility.

Wesco was my first thought, too. However, I thought they were pretty strict about always stamping their boots with their logo. The absence of a logo made me think they might be older linesman or timber boots by one of the PAC NW or Canadian makers. I think these rotated out of the downtown store’s display, so someone either bought them or the owner took them home because they were not selling.

With that side flap they are definitely a linesmans boot, but it is strange that they aren't marked.
Maybe a factory second with a minor cosmetic flaw so they didn't mark them ?

Too bad they were sold, they look like an excellent pair of boots.
