Indeed, where is it? It needs to be hosted somewhere on the web before you link to it. Judging from the URL that you posted, you might be trying to link it from your hard drive.

It is possible to attach a file to a post, but I believe that you haven't posted enough to have that feature enabled. If you do, it's the little paperclip above the text field when writing a post. The dialog box that comes up will hopefully be self-explanatory.

Indeed.
You will have to use an image host such as photobucket or image shack in order to post photos here at FL. It's not my favorite, but it is what it is.

I joined Flickr to post pics - have got nothing but spam since.

Go to hi-upload.com

No joining, no muss no fuss. You upload your photo and they give you a thing called an image tag. You copy and paste that into your message and the pics show up.
