My new Peacoat

As much as I like the vintage ones, I still wear the one I was issued and can't part with it. I took the rank off the sleeve and it still shadows a bit. Anyone know what to do for that?

You could try misting the area with water and then brushing it with a mild to medium bristle brush. Don't brush it so hard that it damages the fabric, though.
