I'm a fan, HJ. Caught part of this documentary he is involved with the other night on PBS. Got it recorded and need to find the time to finish it. You might find it interesting. I've enjoyed what ive seen so far.

he is also a really good guy who stays true to the craft
his drummer Daru Jones is a friend of mine so I'm lucky enough to get to check out Jack when he comes around
Jack actually has a pretty wicked vintage hat collection ... among many other things vintage
guitars , coke machines, old photo booths .... tons of stuff
he is a vintage junkie

Jack White

Jack's talent is aging nicely. Love early White Stripes, and his later more mature stuff. Raconteurs were absolutely fantastic.
His production work is keeping the Nashville sound alive and well these days too.

I enjoyed his music in "Cold Mountain".

I like that he's a music aficionado. Musicians who have a sense of history and the origins of style make much more interesting listening.
